Now you need two software
which you can get from

now follow instructions(also given with software in notepad)
format your usb derive with NTFS file systm with the software USB Formatter and now install WinSetupFromUSB  then search the xp witch you got from above links mount it with DAEMON Tools Lite

after mount
browse cd
and click go
when finished
just reboot
you can install easily xp with usb
